There is a big question as to whether you can ship Cuban cigars to US (United States). There are a variety of answers, depending on the exact question. In a sense, the answer is yes because there are Cuban cigars in the US. But in a sense, the answer is no because you can’t just go to Cuba and send some cigars through the regular mail to your house in the US.

A punch cutter basically ‘punches’ a whole into the head of the cigar. They are really portable, as most of them come on a key ring.

As you know, most people smoke cigars for the flavor, so this is a very big deal. If you cut one wrong, you could totally ruin the experience.
