Cigar cutters in the table models are available at most cigar shops online. Table top cigar cutters come in stainless steel or other materials and like the name says; actually sit on the top of a table. They almost look like a paper cutter that you see in most copy rooms. They can vary in price greatly depending on the quality of cut you are looking for.
Finding vintage cigar cutters table models may be harder to find. It seems that going to some of the places where cigars originated and are still made as a main source of living, like Cuba or the Dominican Republic, would be a good place to find a vintage cutter. It’d probably be a cigar lover’s dream to spend some time in one of those countries with all the cigar paraphernalia they have that has been around for years.
A lot of the vintage stuff is made out of wood and if you can find a piece in good shape, scoop it up. A lot of collectible shops (brick and mortar or online) may be a good place to start for the vintage pieces instead of a cigar shop. Cigar shops are more likely to carry newer, high end stuff. While vintage may be ‘high end’ in price, the demand isn’t high enough for you normal, run of the mill cigar shop to carry it.
